Privacy Policy
In short. 1% has no ads, no tracking and no third-party analytics. Without an account, your games stay on your iPhone. With an account, we only keep what online play needs (leaderboards, friends, challenges), and you can delete everything from the app.
1. Data controller
The app is published by RYALS-DEV, an independent developer. For any question or request about your data, contact us by email.
2. Playing without an account
You can play every mini-game without an account. Your game history, records, badges and settings are then stored only on your device and are never sent to us. They are deleted when you uninstall the app or with Settings > “Erase My Local Data”.
3. Data collected with an account

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifier. We don't sell any data or share it for advertising.
4. What other players see
Your username, avatar, country, daily-challenge scores and badges appear in the app's public leaderboards. Your email address is never visible to other players.
5. Purchases and subscription
Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never receive your name or payment details. To show your Premium status to your friends, we keep the subscription information signed by Apple: transaction identifier, plan, expiration date and any refund. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
6. Processors and hosting
- Supabase: database and authentication hosting, in the European Union (Ireland).
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases (App Store) and notification delivery (Apple Push Notification service).
7. Legal bases
Account data is processed to provide the service you ask for (contract). Anti-cheat relies on our legitimate interest in fair leaderboards. Notifications rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the app or in the iPhone Settings.
8. Retention
Your account data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all the data listed above is erased from our database immediately; the host's technical backups expire within 30 days.
9. Deleting your account and your rights
In the app: Profile > Settings > Delete My Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you signed in with Apple, the authorization given to 1% is also revoked with Apple.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. Email us; we answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
10. Children
1% is intended for people aged 13 and over. Under 15, a parent's consent is required to create an account. A parent can ask us to delete their child's account.
11. Security
Communication with our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Server-side security rules restrict access to data: each player can only read and change what concerns them.
12. Changes
If this policy changes significantly, the date above is updated and the app lets you know.
